8,000 square foot, 3-story Guest House connected with Saybrook Point Inn (across the street). Eight rooms and suites along with “public” living and dining areas and full kitchen. Program required zoning modifications to allow use.
Restore the original house exterior and construct new, rear addition to complement the original building. Rear addition is two stories. Work included installation of full accessibility features including commercial elevator and all new utilities and building systems.
EWA role is full architectural, interior design of public spaces, coordination with interior designer on rooms and suites. Preliminary landscape and site design, site lighting and signage.
